MHGC Polymer Injection Facility

Scope

Engineering Design, Procurement, and Construction Management of a 2500 m3/d Polymer Injection Facility which included a full Polymer Injection Package (6 x 125 HP Pumps), Process Heating, 3 x 320 m3 Water Storage Tanks, Skim Pump, Booster Pump, Slop Tank, and all associated polymer injection buildings including a Laboratory and a 100 tonne Silo.

This project included the polymer/water injection of twelve associated wells to allow for the injection of approximately 200 m3/d of polymer/water fluid into each well.

Complete EPCM support of all mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, and control aspects of the project including start-up and commissioning.
