Scope

Design, Procurement, and Construction Management of a 6000 m3/d Multi-well Oil Battery which included an Inlet Heat Exchanger, 3 Inclined Free Water Knock Outs, 12’ OD x 70’ OD Treater, 5 x 477 m3 Storage Tanks, Water Injection Package (2 x 900 HP Pumps), VRU System, Gas Sweetening Package, Recycle Building, Flare System, and Sales Gas Package.

Setup of battery also included decommissioning of the existing battery (capacity and aging equipment issues), installation of 219mm OD oil emulsion line with HDPE tight liner, 219mm OD Water Injection Pipeline with HDPE Tight Liner, 114mm OD Sales Gas Pipeline, 60mm OD Fuel Gas Pipeline, and 4 spare pipelines installed under the road.

Complete EPCM support of all mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, and control aspects of the project including start-up and commissioning.
